Thursday, February 17, we will head to the American Folk Museum to learn about artists materials, and to view the exhibits. One of the exhibits is on quilts, and it will coincide with a project the students are working on in Shared Space. The students are working with fabric to create a collage representation of their hero. Finished work will be seen at our Hero Night on March 3.
If you are interested in helping with the field trip, we will leave the school at 9, and return at 1:30. Let me know if you're able to help.
