The 4th and 5th grades will be participating in the Link Up Concert at Carnegie Hall on Thursday, May 22. They will be performing the pieces they have worked throughout the year with St. Luke's Orchestra, along with auditorium full of students from all over the city! (Over 2000 participants!) They will be traveling by bus and will leave the school by 9:00 a.m. The student need not to bring anything other than what they bring to school everyday. They will return by 12:30 and be dismissed at regular time a t3:00 p.m. This is a closed concert for only students and teachers, so unfortunately we will not be able to take any parent chaperones.
It is required by Carnegie Hall that you sign the permission slip. The students will be going home with the form on Monday. Please be sure to read, sign and return by Wednesday so that we can have all forms put together ready to go on Thursday!
