On Friday fourth grade will head to the Museum of Mathematics (MoMath) on 26th St. in Manhattan. Students will ride a bike with square wheels, create shapes, work tessellations, and learn the math topic of Topology.
Students, three parent chaperones and I will leave school about 8:50, walk to the PATH, then walk to the museum. Then we will return the same way, leaving the park area at 1:15. Students should bring a disposable snack and lunch, and dress appropriately for walking.
