1. A new schedule: Worship is going to continue at the 2:30 p.m. time slot (please feel free to join us!) so our daily schedules have changed a bit. We have lunch later (12:35 p.m.), music and art are later in the morning, and STEAM is earlier on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Also, our PE time on Thursdays has changed as well, and some times we will be indoors and sometimes we will be outdoors. Please have your child dress accordingly.
2. We have a new playground! Some of the equipment is challenging, but mostly it is great fun to use. Soon we will have new swings and new basketball courts!
3. In music we've learned a new note, in math we are learning new algorithms, in reading we're enjoying biographies, and in STEAM we're creating structures that will reveal our knowledge of the six simple machines and Newton's three laws of motion.
