Our class is going to swiftly review multi-digit addition and subtraction, and refine our strategies for adding and subtracting whole numbers up to 10,000. Fourth graders are expected leave Grade 4 with at least one strategy they can use fluently and efficiently.
Then we are going to review and practice the concepts of fractions and decimals. Students will be reading, writing, interpreting, and ordering fractions and decimals.
During morning work, our problem of the day activities will continue to focus on the concepts of multi-digit multiplication, division, graphing, and averaging.
