Dear families,
Las Posadas is around the corner and the Choristers are working so hard to prepare for the concert! This year along with congregational carols the Choristers will be performing 2 selections - See Amid The Winter's Snow by Edward Caswell/John Goss, and arranged by Susan Brumfield and Go Tell It On The Mountain, a traditional Spiritual arranged by Mark Patterson. It will be a beautiful evening filled wonderful music. I am so looking forward to it!
Several of the students are in love with the song we will be singing - See Amid The Winter's Snow. We will be watching and listening to some of the performances of the same/similar song by several different groups, but the one that is closest to our arrangement is the below youtube link. If the students want to hear the song at home or to share song with you, this will be the best one! Enjoy! And see you all at Las Posadas on Thursday 20th!
