Holy Week and Easter Vacation

As we come to the end of Lent, the 40-day period of preparation for Easter Sunday, we end a season marked by prayer, fasting, abstinence and alms giving  and move on to Holy Week. 

During this week we will make the Way of the Cross on Tuesday. We will walk to Saints Peter and Paul church to observe and reflect on the path Jesus took to the cross. Then on Thursday we will celebrate Passover, the time to remember the liberation of the Jews from Egypt.This is one of the students' favorite celebrations at Mustard Seed. 

Thursday, students are dismissed at 1 p.m. The next day is Good Friday, and also the first day of Easter Break. There is no school on Friday, March 29, as well as the next week, April 1-5. School resumes Monday, April 8.
